After spending nearly twenty years at big banks and traditional lenders, our senior managers decided it was time to offer business owners a new path not only towards thier goals, but more importantly, in the direction of thier dreams. We all know that life doesn't always fit squarely into the center of the box...At ComCap, we not only get that, we live it! We actively seek to partner with businesses who are nowhere near those muddled masses who call "inside the box" thier collective home. To us, being outside of the box isn't a bad thing...It's where the relationship starts.

Rob Philion
Managing Partner
Rob began his career in 1998 at Pennsylvania Savings Bank, spearheading a division that focused exclusively on borrowers who had difficulties qualifying for traditional bank financing. Fast (or not so fast) forward over 20 years later, and you'll see that those visionary roots are still firmly planted in assisting businesses - especially small business owners, find the financing they need and deserve.
With over two decades of experience providing finance solutions for those on the outskirts of the bank's approval box, Rob is uniquely seasoned and skilled in originating, processing, and closing complex commercial loans.
Before establishing ComCap, Rob spent the prior twelve years in regional and national leadership positions for Wells Fargo and Citibank, successfully executing on plan and setting production records along the way.
Hailing from Cherry Hill, NJ, he's a proud former SJU Hawk and a devoted Philadelphia sports fan. He also coaches high school lacrosse and youth football, and is the former president of Central Mass Pop Warner. Rob lives in Massachusetts with his wife of twenty four years, Melissa, and their six children.
